Email support@selvu.app. Please don't attach a photo or video unless you are comfortable sharing it — a description (portrait, group, resolution) is usually enough.
What to include
Your iPhone model (Settings › General › About › Model Name), your iOS version, the SELVU version and build (in the app: ⋯ menu › About), and what you were doing — photo or video, which control, and what you expected. A screenshot or a short screen recording of the problem helps most.
Requirements
SELVU runs on iPhone with iOS 16 or later.
Photos
SELVU edits photos from your library and saves the result back to it in standard dynamic range. It asks for add-only access to your photo library and never reads your library.
Video
SELVU edits SDR video up to 1080p at 30 fps. HDR clips, 4K and high frame rates are not supported yet; the app says so when you import one rather than producing a result it cannot stand behind.
Your media and privacy
Photos and videos are processed on your phone; SELVU's own code has no network features. The MediaPipe face-tracking runtime inside SELVU sends performance and usage metrics to Google — the Privacy Policy says what we know and do not know about those metrics.
My Look
SELVU remembers the adjustments you export — slider values only, no photos and no face data — to offer them as a starting point. "Forget My Look" in the editor's menu erases it.
